No, our pricing is completely transparent. The hourly or daily rates include comprehensive insurance, roadside assistance, fuel/charging costs, and vehicle maintenance. Additional costs might apply for traffic violations or damage caused during your rental period.
Can I change my membership plan after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll pro-rate any differences in pricing.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
Regular and Business members can cancel bookings free of charge up to 30 minutes before the start time. Occasional members can cancel up to 2 hours before without charge. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee to cover operational costs.
Do you offer discounts for longer rental periods?
